What we ask
Depending on the form: an email, a stay, a season, a number of people, a budget, and sometimes a note. For an outfitter: the name of the place, a person, a region, a phone number if you give one. We do not ask for payment, a card number, or identification.
Why
To write to you about stays opening, about gift cards if you asked, or to answer an outfitter. The answers also tell us whether the packages and the price ranges hold.
Where it is kept
In production, submissions are stored in a private Vercel Blob store, once the project is configured for it. Without that configuration, a local server writes them to a file on the machine, which is not published. We do not sell these addresses or display them on the site.
Beladorme can be notified when a submission arrives, if an email service is connected. Until it is, no notification is sent. The site does not yet send an automatic confirmation email.
Removing your address
Send a form again with the same email and the word “remove” in the message. We then delete the address from the files we control, including external storage if it is in place.
What this site is not
It is not a shop. Joining does not create a contract, a reservation, or a payment. The prices shown are estimates.
